This area is a work in progress.

We will continue to add information to it and update it as things in the industry change. 

We will have three main areas to it:

General Technical Information on Stainless Steel and Alloys

This will eventually include detailed specifiations for each type of steel and alloy. These will cover chemical composition, physical properties main uses and issues relation to them.

It will also include a useful compendium of all those irritaing things that you need to check but cannot find - cross referencing steel types from one system to another.

A Comprehensive Introduction to Stainless Steel

Designed to help companies inform and educate new members of staff about stainless steel. We know that our customers' technical people are generally well informed but we are very much aware that they also employ many non technical people and it makes life easier if everbody has a basic knowledge. 

FAQ's

Every day we get questions about stainless steel. Some highly technical, some fairly basic. It seemed to us it would be sensible to gather these together and publish them - with the answers. We will be ading to these ourselves but we will also be adding a section shortly to in which youu can pose questions to us directly, and we will do our best to answer them.
