Customer Satisfaction survey

These comments have been lifted from our regular routine customer satisfaction survey.

We send a customer survey form to one in ten of our customers on delivery of their order.

We check that:

• The order met expectation
• The material was delivered within the agreed time scale
• The material was suitably packed
• It was supplied with the required documentation

We also ask whether the service merited a "Very Satisfied", "Satisfied" or "Unsatisfied"

Any negative response is investigated in line with our quality control system.
