We offer a fully comprehensive range of services - we think it is amongst the best in the industry. If it is not included in the list below please ask us - we can probably do it for you.

Polishing

Intamet provide a comprehensive sub-contract polishing service, including tube, flat bar and hand polishing.

Cutting

Intamet offer a full in house automated close tolerance square and mitre cutting service for tube, pipe, hollow bar and other bar products.

Machining

Intamet can provide a sub-contract full supply component and machining service to customer specifications through a network of quality approved machine shops. Final product is supplied with base material certificate, machinist inspection report and Certificate of Conformity if required.

End Bevelling

Intamet offer a 24 Hour pipe end bevelling service on stock pipe currently up to and including 8” NB (219.1mm).

Special testing

Sub-contract services including but not limited to: Independent Chemical Recertification, Impact, Hardness and Ultrasonic testing, X-Ray examination.

Third Party Inspection

Appointment and document control of nominated Third Party Inspection body. Quality plan management, client liaison and certification endorsement.

Positive Material Identification PMI

Sub-contract PMI Alloy Verification by approved or customer specified equipment. Intamet have preference for PMI by latest XRF Technology. PMI certification is supplied with material test certification.

Project Management

Intamet assign a project facilitator/s to all contracts. A dedicated person or team manage the project from beginning to end providing consistency and focal point. This involves contract review, client liaison including quality plans if appropriate, expediting, document control, colour coding, end capping, final inspection, contract compliance.

Document Management

All material supplied by Intamet is traceable. Certification is encouraged by Email or other electronic transfer. However, for major projects document dossiers can be compiled and provided on encrypted CD or other format as per client request.

Export Packing

Intamet can provide internationally compliant ISPM 15 packaging promptly, from one of a number of local approved export packaging manufacturers.
